From what time can I check in at the hotel - arrival?

The standard arrival time at the hotel is from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Early check-in is possible subject to room availability for a fee of EUR 6/hour. If you are interested in an earlier arrival, please contact the hotel reception.

What time do I have to leave the room - check-out?

The standard time to leave the hotel room is until 11:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible according to room availability for a fee of EUR 6 / hour. If you are interested in a later departure, please contact the reception of Hotel Ariston.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel if I arrive early or want to leave later?

Yes, luggage storage is available free of charge at the Ariston reception. So you can use it if necessary - storing luggage before leaving the hotel or upon early arrival.

Does the hotel offer airport transfer?

The hotel offers private transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. When booking in advance through the reception of the Ariston hotel or by emailing ariston@hhotels.cz, we guarantee a price for a private transfer of 33 euros (for 4 people) and a reliable driver. The price for the transfer can be paid directly to the driver in cash, by credit card, or at Hotel Ariston reception.

Does the hotel have its own parking lot? Can I reserve a parking space?

Hotel Patio has 6 parking spaces in the courtyard of the building. Booking a parking space in advance is necessary, the price for parking is 20 euros per night. The entrance to the parking spaces is through a passage in the building with a width of 208 cm, so the space is not suitable for some wider cars, vans and minibuses. On the adjacent Seifertova Street, you can park in the paid parking zone: Monday–Thursday from 08:00 to 24:00 and on Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 for a fee of 40 CZK/hour. Outside of the above interval, you can park for free, from Monday to Thursday between 24:00 and 08:00, on Friday after 18:00 and on weekends and holidays.

How do we find you? What is the best way to get to the hotel?

If you travel by public transport:
‍The hotel is located between two tram stops VIKTORIA ŽIŽKOV and LIPANSKÁ on lines 5, 9, 15 and 26. The exact address of the hotel is Seifertova 22, 130 00 Prague 3.
If you are traveling from the airport:
From Václav Havel Airport Prague by bus no. 119 to the last stop VELESLAVÍN TRAIN STATION and from there by tram no. 26 (direction HOSTIVAŘ TRAIN STATION) to the stop VIKTORIA ŽIŽKOV. After getting off, continue 200 meters uphill in the direction of the tram. The hotel is located on the right.
If you travel by train:
‍After exiting the MAIN RAILWAY STATION building, turn right through the park and after 100 meters you will reach the tram stop. From there, one stop by tram no. 5, 9, 15 or 26 upwards to the stop VIKTORIA ŽIŽKOV. After getting off, continue 200 meters uphill in the direction of the tram. The hotel is located on the right.

At Václav Havel Airport, tickets can be purchased from the machines directly in front of the airport. There are also machines at tram stops where you can buy your tickets, or you can purchase your ticket from the machines in selected trams.

How do I get to the city center?

Hotel Patio is located minutes from the historical and shopping center of Prague. All monuments or shopping centers can be easily reached by tram within 15 minutes. VIKTORIA ŽIŽKOV tram stop is 200 meters from the hotel and Wenceslas Square or Republic Square are only 3 tram stops away. The staff at the reception of the Hotel Ariston will be happy to help you find your way around Prague.
